as a targeted, short sharp shock.
A
BodyShock session is 30 minutes is intense Personal
Training.
It
is perfect for people who don't necessarily
want a Personal Trainer, but would like something
to push them that bit harder to keep motivated.
The
session can include cardiovascular training,
free weights, boxercise, kettlebell training,
core work, in fact anything to keep you on target.
Due
to the length of the session, BodyShock sessions
are only available within my partner club, TOTAL
FITNESS,
Warrington.
Non-members
are welcome to train with me within the club.
