Whether you're a regular at the gym, exercise at home or are thinking about doing something about adopting a healthier lifestyle, a health & fitness check is an invaluable tool to assess where you are now and to measure progress.

There is so much more to tracking your progess than simply stepping on the scales every week or so. There are other, far more accurate, methods of assessing your body fat levels, lean mass and overall fitness.

I offer an industry standard health & fitness check comprising of;

  • Blood Pressure
  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Lung Function
  • Anthropometric Measurements
  • Body Fat %
  • BMI (Body Mass Index) calculation
  • BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) calculation (how many calories your body needs)
  • HRR (Heart rate Recovery) assessment.

The results are then compiled into a report for you to keep for future reference.

Due to the nature of the session, Health & Fitness checks are only available within my partner club, TOTAL FITNESS, Warrington.

Non-members are welcome.
